In planning the way forward for any business it is imperative that all the financial aspects are up to date. This is often ignored, but at the time that a person wants to recognise the value of their business on sale or transfer, the real value of the business needs to be identified.
Similarly, to plan a way forward or a change in structure, accurate forecasting is essential. Often this will be based on past or present profitability and so accurate up to date figures are essential.
Our role is to assist you in this matter usually by education; only where really essential will it be provided by us.
Keeping records of the business up to date reduces the compliance costs in respect of the end of year calculations and preparation of accounts. Again specific assistance on this can be provided.
